AUC Student Development Programme - The GC Index

Thank you for joining the Student Development Programme. As part of the programme you are required to complete The GC Index® assessment. Within minutes you will receive an email from participate@thegcindex.com containing your personalised assessment link. The assessment takes 10–15 minutes.

The GC Index measures where you have energy for impact across five proclivities (how you naturally prefer to make an impact in teams and projects). This is not a test of skills or ability — it’s a diagnostic to help you understand and talk about how you contribute in group work, leadership roles and career planning.

After completing the assessment, you must attend the scheduled seminar/workshop. 

In the session we will:

·      explain how to read your GC Index profile in plain language;

·      run group activities to practise using the GCI language with peers; and

·      show how to use your profile when preparing group assignments, CVs and interview answers.

Completion of the assessment and attendance at the workshop are required elements of the programme. If you have access needs or scheduling conflicts, contact ossd-bus@aucegypt.edu before November 3rd.
