Founded by Paseda360® Master Practitioner Coach Suzi Graham, Cazimi Coaching combines a human, compassionate and transformational approach with practical tools to help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust. As an accredited GCologist®, Suzi uses The GC Index® to help individuals and teams understand how they naturally contribute, collaborate and make an impact. Suzi Graham helps clients understand what is keeping them stuck, recognise the patterns influencing their choices, and find a way forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.

As a Paseda360® Master Practitioner Coach and accredited GCologist®, Suzi brings together transformational coaching with practical tools for understanding human behaviour, contribution and impact. The GC Index® provides a useful lens for helping individuals understand their natural energy for impact, particularly when their role, circumstances or direction are changing.

Suzi also works with teams and organisations where understanding individual contribution can support better collaboration and collective impact. Her approach is human and compassionate, while remaining challenging and practical: creating the space to explore what is really happening, ask the questions that matter, and turn insight into meaningful action.

Suzi brings 14 years of policing experience, including high-pressure and high-accountability environments, to her work. That background shaped her ability to sit with complexity, remain steady through uncertainty and hold both the human and practical realities of change.
