Hi, I’m Cathy, delighted to meet you.

I am the Founder of the Future Ready Agency and have worked in the tech industry for over 30 years – a large part of my career being in sales and sales leadership including services and customer success in the UK, Europe and Global roles; over the past decade I’ve spent half that time living and working in Asia Pacific and Japan.

In all my roles, I’ve always had one eye on the future, balancing how to operate and run the business today and continually transform and perform in the future!

The founding of the Future Ready Agency brings together a unique set of future readiness expertise – from NextGen operations to the latest insights from behavioural science our aim is to make this knowledge accessible to as many businesses and leaders as possible, bringing transformation into the day-to-day running of the business and challenge status quo to scale-up for the future.
