She is a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach, with the Global Team Coaching Institute, and holds a Diploma in Human Resources from the CIPD in the UK.
She combines a unique experience of an accomplished Business and People Manager along with being Team & Organisational Consultant. Over a period of 15 + rich years, Carmen has successfully led several operational teams in one of the top industrial organisations in Romania, working closely with local & international HR and Business leaders.
