He has worked with several organizations including Bosch, DOW Chemical, Eicher Motors, Thomson Reuters, Trident Group and UBS amongst others across disciplines of Strategy Design and Innovation Management, and Operational Excellence and Program Management.

As a thought-leader, he´s currently co-authoring the second edition of international bestseller “Exponential Organizations” and speaks regularly on the topics of Business Excellence.

Chander is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools practioner from Barrett Value Centre, an Exponential Organization Trainer & Coach from OpenExO, and a Senior EFQM Assessor and Lean Six Sigma Master Belt.
