Daire Farnon has worked at Board and leadership level for over 3 decades. She a proven track record of designing and delivering bespookme programmes and initiatives, creating and developing effective HR functions and activities and creating high levels of employee engagement, including managing transition and change in complex organisations both on a strategic and functional level across a broad range of sectors (property, professional services, FMCG, technology, distribution, gaming and financial services) on a national and international basis.

She has a strong focus on development covering organisational development, client care, personal and professional development and technical training. Daire has over 30 years’ HR experience, has lectured in Management and HR Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She is an accredited Mediator, an accredited MBTI and Strenghtscope practitioner and a GCologist
