Darren has undertaken executive level search assignments throughout UK, North America and Europe for both leading management consultancies, corporates and mid-sized players. His speciality is working with global executives covering Technology, Digital and Management Consulting across Industries.
He has niche knowledge within Human Capital Advisory, particularly in the area of Leadership & Executive Development, CEO Board Advisory, Executive Assessment & Coaching
Prior to working in executive search, Darren worked for Lincoln Financial Group as Compensation & Benefits Advisor specialising in Job Evaluation, Executive Reward with responsibility for rolling out new benefits across the UK.
