Faten Arzouni is an accredited ICF Executive and Leadership Coach, a GCologist, a GC Index, and a YPI Partner. She is an entrepreneur and an active parent advocate volunteer in the city of Ottawa, Canada. With a Bachelor\'s degree in Biochemistry from UQAM, Montreal, Canada, an MBA from Preston University, and over two decades of substantial working experience in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industries, covering the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, and overseeing Growth Emerging Markets (GEM), Faten is a recognized leader known for her strategic insight and dynamic leadership style. She has consistently been at the cutting edge, adept at navigating business visions, crafting strategic directions, and managing complexities during significant organizational transformations and carve-outs. Her positive energy not only drives team success but also maintains a balance between operational efficiency and high standards of excellence.

As an entrepreneur and ex-regional leadership team member and ex-chairperson for Mecomed, the medical devices, imaging, and diagnostics trade association that serves as the voice of international Medical Technology manufacturers across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, Faten has effectively led, managed, and accompanied employees from different regions through their projects, and career paths.
