Ian is the founder and ‘Chief Strategist Implementer’ at DKA. As a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Project Professional, his career has spanned the areas of strategic planning, business transformation, corporate governance and operations. He led Royal Mail’s major transformation programme - the largest and most complex of its kind, enabling a successful IPO.
