Jane the Co-Founder of Value Partnership and is responsible for managing internal operations and maintaining client relationships. Inspired by young people, Jane coaches and mentors young high potentials to gain the skills and resources they need to unlock their full potential in their working life.
CIPD qualified, Jane worked for many years as an HR manager in a large London law firm. Prior to that she spent time working in the television world, making documentaries.
In 2012, Jane was a volunteer for Team GB at the Olympic Athletes Village. She is a Governor at a Barnardo’s SEN school based in Kent providing residential and day care for children aged 6-18.
