Jo Lewis has been working in the telecoms and technology industry since 1995 in a variety of roles and is currently Head of Talent Management at the TM Forum. Jo holds a Diploma in Human Resources Development from the CIPD and combines in excess of 20 years practical experience with emerging academic frameworks to achieve talent excellence within the Forum.
