With over 25 years of experience in HR leadership and consulting, Kristen partners with leaders and organisations to achieve successful human capital strategies, talent programs, and change management implementation. With 18 years in the Middle East, Kristen has coached, trained and assessed hundreds of senior leaders and teams from diverse backgrounds and industries. Kristen’s passion for implementing positive, inclusive, and innovative people and business strategies has led her to complete her Master’s in Psychology and study an MBA with Hult.
