Leslie Little

Leslie Little is a trusted advisor, strategy consultant and human capital consultant to FTSE and Fortune 500 CEOs, boards and top teams. She specialises in innovation and organisational transformation through organisational design, culture change, management assessment, leadership development, equity, diversity & inclusion and creating high performing teams. She has led large-scale innovation and transformational change programmes and coached over a thousand C-Suite executives for clients across Europe, the U.S., Latin America and Asia. She has spent most of her career in London as a Partner at Egon Zehnder International and a Partner in strategy consulting at Towers Perrin. Previously, she was a Senior Partner with The River Group and Korn Ferry’s leadership and talent consulting division. Leslie holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She serves on several non-profit boards including Lumos Foundation, J.K.
