Leticia is passionate about people and human behaviours. She believes that people can perform and live at their highest levels in all areas of life. With over 20 years of diverse experience in business management and people development, she has successfully developed and led projects in companies in Brazil and the UK. Leticia is a Business Psychologist, with a Business Management degree and specialising in Planning, Management and Marketing; accredited by the BPS - The British Psychological Society and The GC partner.

Adaptable to different cultures,  she is recognised as a charismatic leader, a people-person with solid organisational, interpersonal, and administrative expertise, with an innate ability to bring individuals or organisations a true sense of value, through identifying culture, inclinations and patterns that we bring into the workplace.

Founder of Leve Connect, she is fascinated about the collective and believes that transformation lasts when it occurs in the workplace.
