After graduating, Lyn built a successful and rewarding career in the chilled food industry, progressing from Account Manager to Business Development Director over 11 years. Lyn managed a team of 22, consistently delivering new product development worth over £30m/annum to UK food retailers, with Marks & Spencer the largest customer.
After having their son, Lyn & her husband spent 13 years setting up and growing a thriving chemical service company. This enabled Lyn to work in a way that suited her and their family, however over time she became increasingly frustrated in this role. She began reading personal development books and making changes in her life which ultimately led her to retrain as a coach.
Now Lyn works as a Life & Wellbeing Coach supporting driven people to live and work smarter, not harder. She helps them to reduce stress, anxiety and frustration, and to find greater happiness, purpose and fulfilment. She is a Game Changer and so is working with her. Go to GC Partner
