Maha Ismail

Maha Ismail is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in learning and development. She currently serves as the Director of Management Programs at The American University in Cairo\'s School of Business. Here, she aligns management programs with strategic objectives, spearheads the development of new programs, and devises effective marketing plans. Previously, Maha held positions as the Director of the Program Development Unit and Director of Executive Programs at the same institution. In these roles, she monitored instructional design models, developed guidelines for experts, and fostered partnerships with top business schools.

Apart from her extensive professional experience, Maha has participated in various professional development programs on a range of topics including Strategy and Innovation, Blended Learning, and Management Excellence.
