Manfred Sauerbrey

Manfred Sauerbrey, with the license to serve, is a German youth worker, coach and speaker as well as trainer for Situational Leadership (SLII®). Most people call him Manni. His education is multifaceted: tax clerk, theologian and pedagogue, systemic coach and trainer for SLII® and other products of the Ken Blanchard Companies -now even GCologist. He worked mainly with young people, volunteers, teams and executives from NPO\'s in Germany. It is his job to awaken the power of Impact and change out of people - no matter if they are young people from precarious backgrounds or leaders of an organization.
