Working with SMEs and start-ups Marisa has worked holistically across the business and people agendas to enable agile, learning focused and results driven cultures.  Marisa has held senior positions in GSK working globally with senior executive teams to drive the business performance through creative and progressive people agendas. An accredited coach, Marisa is known for her passion, energy and clear-sighted approach to driving the change a business needs to succeed. The only truth is that change is constant, in life and at work.
