Martin has lived in Asia for over twenty years, he has gained extensive experience managing cross border search assignment’s in the Asia Pacific Japan region (and beyond) - with particular strength: ASEAN, Greater China and Japan. An adept listener; Martin has served some of the worlds most innovative, rapidly growing companies; digital, technology and payments. With direct experience of the region, he brings credibility and strong practical experience to the executive search consulting industry. Martin has developed trusted client relationships by solving his client’s executive recruitment problems one search at a time, and more importantly retaining them.

 Interests outside of business Family, Asian culture, history and food, active travel, mountain hiking, badminton, nutrition, house design/construction; built second home in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
