Mia holds a master’s degree in Leadership and a professional coaching credential (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. She is qualified in various instruments and methodologies, including the GC Index, Leadership Circle Profile, the EQi, and LEGO® Serious Play®, which she applies depending on the specific needs of the individual, team, and organization.
