Muoneme Blessing Ogechukwu

Blessing works as an Assistant Director at Leading Edge Consulting.  She leads The GC Index business of the firm which is the Exclusive Master Partner of The GC Index for Nigeria & West Africa. She has over fourteen year wealth of transferable skills and experience in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Corporate Brand and C Suite Management & Marketing gained from the private sector broadly and in depth in the Oil & Gas sector. Before joining Leadings Edge Consulting, she worked in Goldmark Energy Solutions (an Oil & Gas Servicing Company), Energia Ltd (an Oil & Gas Producing Company), BusinessDay Media (a daily Business Newspaper) and Pramark Consulting Ltd (an IT Firm) in various managerial positions and had participated in the successful completion of profitable projects within Nigeria and the United Kingdom. In addition to these, Blessing has the past two years dedicated herself to the development of new startups EnergyHub (an Energy Marketplace & E-Commerce platform for Energy players) and Office Parole (a Blog on Office Matters).  Blessing holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resources, a Bachelor Honours degree in Mass Communication from University of Nigeria, Nsukka: a Master degree in Advertising & Marketing Management from Coventry University, UK; a Professional Master degree in Credit & Financial Analysis.  She is presently studying to be a Chartered Accountant. She is an associate of Chartered Institute of Personal Management (CIPM), an accredited GCologist by The GC Index UK and a Certified Credit & Financial Analyst. Blessing is a member fo the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and American Society of Administrative Professionals. Blessing has a passion for knowledge sharing in Human Capacity Building especially among the teeming youth since she is a regular presenter at University conferences, summits and symposiums.
