Musab Alkhamri

Musab is a Senior Management Analyst with +6 years of experience. He has started his career as an ISP Core Network Engineer. He was promoted to Project Manager at a newly established office, this gave him the opportunity to lead on development activities. His main responsibilities at Project Management Office besides managing projects: designing & improving the project processes as well as some end-to-end business processes. He later joined a Consulting firm as a Senior Management Analyst. He is currently working on analyzing the process & systems gaps of the Small and Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs) by helping business owners to address & strategically overcoming those issues. He is also helping organizations identify their potential talents.

Musab is interested in everything related to Digital Transformation, Data Analysis, Process improvement, Project management, Empowering talents, Business strategy, etc. In addition to his business duties, he also participates in workshops and webinars for different social activities.
