Naeem Noordin

Naeem Noordin is Managing Director and founder of Siara Ltd - a highly specialized and focused organisation offering training, development and consultancy in all aspects of Leadership Skills, Management Development and Personal Effectiveness & Behavioural Skills.

Originally from the UK, Naeem brings with him over 20 years of experience in Clinical Development and Leadership Training and Consultancy, spanning Europe, US, Middle East and Asia.

A graduate in Pharmacology with Toxicology from King’s College University London, Naeem started his career as a Clinical Researcher for a leading Pharmaceutical Company in the UK.  During his 20 year career, Naeem has held various positions of increasing seniority, from Clinical Research Advisor and Trainer to Head of Clinical Operations, Head of Management and Leadership Development.  Naeem has lived and worked in Europe, US and Asia.

Naeem’s passion for people and team development led him to pursue certifications and accreditations in the relevant discipline. Naeem is a Certified Facilitator and Personal Effectiveness and Behavioral Skills Trainer.   Naeem is also an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner (TEIQue) and a certified GCologist (GC Index).
