Naomi Lockwood

Naomi is a Learning and Organisational Development professional with over 20 years’ experience of working across sectors to enhance individual, team and organisational effectiveness. She works in partnership with organisations to improve services through cultural change, leadership and team development.

Naomi has held various Director level roles in Learning and Development, HR, Talent and OD in global education, NHS and pharmaceuticals. She applies her expertise in psychological safety, leadership development, learning and culture change to her work across multiple organisations.

Naomi started her career in international development, working in community development and teacher training with refugees and displaced people in Sudan. Later she worked in the NHS as Head of Leadership and Organisational Development in a mental health and specialist learning disability Trust and Strategic Health Authorities supporting excellence in patient care. Since then, Naomi has held various Director level roles in Learning and Development, HR, Talent and OD in global education and pharmaceuticals, and has recently returned to consultancy.

She applies her expertise in psychological safety, leadership development, learning and culture change to her work across multiple organisations. She sees herself as a cultural anthropologist, inquiring with curiosity, listening actively and co-creating solutions in partnership with stakeholders. Go to GC Partner
