Nicky is a successful organisation development consultant and executive coach operating at senior levels across all sectors, with large corporates, small start-ups and social enterprises in many countries. Over the years she has established a reputation for her innovative and effective work with executive teams and senior leaders, supporting them to clarify their purpose, work collaboratively and lead organisation and culture change with confidence and commitment. Nicky is also known for her expertise in developing talent to take on more complex and challenging roles. Earlier in her career Nicky held senior leadership roles in HR, Organisation Development, Business Development including M&A and Marketing.
