Omar is a highly experienced Organisational Development expert, HR specialist and author. As assistant programme director and facilitator for Imperial College Business School, he partnered the Dubai’s Prime Minister’s Office for Innovation to deliver a 12 month UAE Public Sector Innovation Diploma for government officials from all the Emirate states.
