Richard enjoyed a 20-year career in TV production with a focus on current affairs. As a mature student, he undertook a Masters in Investigative Journalism which ultimately lead him to set up his own Video Communications business, with clients spanning the corporate world, public and third sector. Richard now works with leadership teams to establish purposeful organisational culture and positive change that is fit for purpose in the 21st Century. As a volunteer he is Board Chair of Nottingham-based mental health charity, The Wolfpack Project and a member of the Nova Education Trust.
