My career started out in PR and shifted gradually into the people space. I have an ardent passion for assisting others to what I call - see and be. During my time at the CIPD in London, UK, I project managed and designed a new assessment and development tool for optimal career growth. On return to South Africa, I provided career support and guidance at the University of Cape Town. Now I am coaching independently, with my work underpinned by The GC Index®.
