Since 2010, as a Leadership and Executive Coach, I help leaders and their organizations (corporate, business, government, nonprofit, ministry) navigate leadership challenges and thrive in times of growth, crisis and transitions like COVID 19.  I have helped organizations and teams to align their people and processes with their goals, to achieve improved results, high value workplaces, build cohesive and resilient teams and maximize contribution and achievement while minimizing those things that can lead to overload, low performance and burnout.

Prior to coaching, I spent 10+years working at international companies like Coca-Cola Co., Citibank, Nestlé and IBM where I learned the leadership challenges of rapidly scaling prestigious organizations.

In addition to executive coaching, I can do coaching with biblical principles (Christian Coaching) if my client wishes; the difference is that a Coach helps you move from where you are to where you want to be and a Christian Coach accompanies you to move from where you are to where God wants to take you.

As a results-oriented Leadership Executive Coach, I specialize in developing organizational and individual capability through coaching, training, mentoring and consulting. I am bicultural (born and raised in Bolivia South America and University student and citizenship in Montreal, Quebec, Canadá), I spent half of my time living and working in each country. I am multilingual (English/Spanish/French).
