She has worked to position Noosfera as the number 1 Human Resources vocational school in Romania: 408 students, 229 graduates, 101 workshops, 24 tutor collaborators, 3 Communities of Learning and a curator of 3 annual conferences of up to 150 participants each.
Roxana would consider herself a Tutor, Trainer and Mentor with over 20 years of designing, implementing and evaluating educational programmes for HR practitioners. She has been the CIPD Leader for Romania for over 10 years and is a Master GCologist accrediting GCologists and supporting the individuals, teams and organizations in Romania to transform the way they’re working, using The GC Index.
