My experience spans project management, productivity, strategy, and personal development. A career intrapreneur, I created each of my positions at Novartis Pharma and Merck & Co. before co-founding The Beyond Group AG and ScaleAbility in Switzerland. I have headed organizations in Canada, Europe, and globally across all regions, not only driving the strategy and leading transformation programs for my function, but also becoming recognized as high-impact coach and mentor, as well as a thought leader on personal and professional development.
