Sarah is a certified Brain-Based Coach® for personal and professional growth, ex-Head of HR for an international group in the Health (Re)insurance industry responsible for 500 employees and managing a team of HR professionals across 7 locations in the Middle East, and a member of the ICF. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic HR Management from University of Wollongong in Dubai. Sarah is also an accredited GCologist and GC Partner. Having extensive experience as an internal coach for individuals in corporate talent and leadership programs but also working with external clients, she founded her own business in October 2022. Originally from Germany, the UAE has been Sarah’s home base for more than 13 years. She lives here with her husband Fabian, and children Leon and Hannah.
