Shann is passionate about seeing companies not only survive but thrive while navigating the turbulent waters of change that has become our norm.

Following a degree in Communications and an Honours in Psychology, Change Management emerged as the perfect fit between her educational background and a passion for helping to develop and empower people and teams to maximise their potential.

Leading teams and individuals through change for over a decade, while managing, training, coaching and studying people, she has hands-on experience across industries, both in South Africa and across the African Continent.

Using the GC Index to set up teams and guide projects to greater success, she is obsessed with breaking the mold, doing things differently and making every ‘project’ meaningful and tailored to her clients. Holding true to the belief that a theoretical, stringent, ‘cookie-cutter’ approach merely ticks the boxes but seldom gets real sustainable results and almost never achieves the original business benefits and return on investment.
