Sietske has been working in the events energy industry for the last 10 years. Her background is in marketing communication and she has been involved in organising the event European Utility Week at Clarion Energy and is the co-creator of the innovation platform Initiate!. A platform enabling young talent, start-ups and professionals to collectively create impact. A just and fair energy transition for all.
Next to her day-job she is coaching energy master students and has developed a true passion for the industry and has been involved in helping companies achieve their growth objectives. She is a high energy pragmatic leader and creative problem solver who grasps opportunities, connects the dots and gets stuff done.
