Suzanne Silver

Suzanne is passionate about supporting individuals at all levels to maximize their performance at both a personal and professional level, so they can achieve greater success in the workplace, as well as in life.  She believes that all people have some hidden potential that with the right coaching and nurturing can develop and flourish to help achieve greater success and fulfilment.

Suzanne has over 30 years of experience working in the UK and Asia specialising in people development and behavioural change.  Most recently, Suzanne has worked with the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office across Asia Pacific, supporting learning and development of a wide range of staff and cultures in UK Embassies and Consulates across 22 countries.  This has ranged from individual specialists to senior leaders/Ambassadors, enhancing their work with commercial businesses, the general public/customers as well as in-country governments.

Having worked across a number of industries, a major focus for Suzanne has been on coaching leadersthrough career transitions, working with people progressing to more senior positions. She collaborates with clients to help them manage the challenges they encounter as they take on new roles and responsibilities. This is done through cultivating a deeper self-awareness of individual strengths and resourcefulness in the face of change, sometimes aided by the use of assessment tools and 360° feedback.
