Vivienne has successful lead transformation programmes including being awarded Commanders Commendation for Outstanding Leadership. Diverse staff and inclusive cultures are providing companies with different perspectives and new skills that infuse company culture with innovation and creativity, which are key to thriving successful modern business. She is an Award- winning Non-Executive Director the first black female in 138years in UK football, leading on gender equality. Previously a Chair and Board member overseeing the delivery of £110million regeneration project that won several UK and European awards.
