Zein Messina
As a former computer programmer and now as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Zein brings a wealth of experience to her work with leaders and their teams. She has over 25 years’ experience in both consulting and in-house roles within the technology, banking, retail, engineering and telecoms sectors. Currently she is the Senior Leadership Development Partner at Arm, the leader in mobile semi-conductor design.
Arm is currently on an explosive growth journey with the not too distant acquisition by SoftBank – a Japanese VC that has built the $100b Vision Fund. She designs leadership strategy, capability frameworks, coaches individuals and teams and is shaping talent management.
Zein’s passion is Leadership and Organisational Development, supporting behaviours that shape the culture to deliver the organisation’s strategic ambitions.
