Inspired by Richard’s 15 years leading sports-based expeditions in multiple African countries and constructing a youth facility in rural Malawi, we design experiences which challenge individuals and teams to think boldly, act mindfully and lead with purpose. Our collective experience is combined with personal development insights and a down-to-earth facilitation style.
