Chris Adcock

We all have a choice between accepting things the way they are or to take responsibility for the change we want to happen and the performance we wish to achieve. That’s the focus of coaching.

Chris has spent over thirty years as a leader across a range of business sectors including international consumer goods, global technology development and as an entrepreneur in the energy sector focused primarily on renewables. Several years ago, he switched careers to concentrate on leadership and executive coaching. Chris has an MBA from Cranfield, is a professional coach certified ACC by the International Coach Federation and a CEDR accredited commercial mediator.

Chris works primarily with senior leaders and executives as well as with younger entrepreneurs. His fundamental conviction is that everyone has greater potential than they are realising today, and that coaching is an incredibly powerful means to unlock that potential to the benefit of the individual, the company and those that they interact with.
