Secondary proclivity
Currently leading the commercial subsidiary to Bowles Rocks Trust, a charity which enables young people to have adventurous outdoor experiences. The subsidiary consists of a small team of facilitators who deliver outcome-driven development programmes, using the great outdoors, for a diverse corporate clientele, with all profits going to the charity. We also offer fun team days and facility hire.
Prior to this role, Jonathan had extensive experience designing, leading and delivering experiential Learning and Development programmes. The experiential (or “learning by doing”) element ranging from simple team tasks designed to bring out specific learning outcomes, to complex 3-day expeditions on the south coast for British Airways Management Apprentices to live and breathe their corporate leadership behaviours.
Having lived in the French Alps for nearly a decade, this role combines Jonathan’s love of the outdoors with his love of enabling others to achieve at a higher level than they realise. Go to GC Partner
