Katie Marlow

Katie Marlow is dedicated to employee communication, leadership and culture, to help workplaces work better for business success. She founded the specialist consultancy, Little Bird Communication in 2010, to do just that.

She is fascinated by the world of work, the complexity of relationships, the way we work as teams and how we connect to our work, colleagues and employers. She focuses on helping leaders listen and understand their teams, and ultimately to help workplaces to work better.

She uses her process of discover, design and delivery to create solutions specific to clients to resolve the communication challenges in support of change, culture and engagement in organisations. Through The GC Index, she works to help individuals and teams to better understand themselves, their communication preferences and to build communication systems that work for them in their work.

With over 25 years’ experience working in communications, Katie is also actively involved in supporting the communications profession through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and is a Chartered PR professional, a Fellow and currently a board member.
