I started my career in Adult Health and Social Care where I discovered my passion for Psychology. Graduating from my Occupational Psychology MSc in 2017, I worked in the Charity Sector working with organisations to build structures and a culture that enabled employees and volunteers to engage, unlock discretionary effort and perform to their full potential. I am a Registered Qualified Test User with the British Psychological Society for both Ability and Personality Psychometric Tests. I have a passion for understanding organisational culture and how it can enable organisations to become highly successful as well as improving employee well-being and motivation.
