SLG Impact is a purpose-driven company born out of the need and desire to maximize impact by helping evolve people and organizations through Executive and Leadership Coaching, Consulting to Create Measurable Business Impact – and a Podcast that elevates voices of diverse, authentic leaders.

We are headquartered in Colorado and led by Shauna Griffiths, a values-focused business leader with deep leadership and coaching experience, as well as marketing and brand building capabilities gained from over 18 years of guiding and inspiring teams to deliver excellence. Shauna authentically creates experiences that engage and evolve people in pursuit of their optimal performance.

Shauna brings to her services extensive experience in building and evolving brands, driving growth and engagement by defining strategy, storytelling, developing compelling marketing platforms and campaigns, and creating impactful brand partnerships internationally. She’s worked on both the client and agency sides. She works across verticals, and with brands and properties at every stage from start-up to iconic.

She was named a 2017 Game Changer by SportsBusiness Journal, is an advisor for GameOn Entertainment & Technology, and for Trajektory. Shauna has an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a BA from the University of Michigan. She is a former two sport Division I collegiate athlete, avid cyclist and fan of the outdoors.
