#InnoVoice and Master Student Stefano Talks Coaching and Team Work

InnoEnergy published a blog from #InnoVoice and InnoEnergy student, Stefano Rosso. He shared his experience using The GC Index® and impact coaching.

Stefano is taking part in a new initiative, the InnoEnergy Game-Changing Impact programme. This was launched to ‘bridge the gap between education and enterprise’ by encouraging students to take a fresh approach to creating a future powered by renewables.

Students on the InnoEnergy Master’s School get the opportunity to work with a personal coach throughout the programme. This enables them to gain access to experienced business professionals, participate in group projects, gain real self-awareness and work on real business challenges.

Stefano talked about his GC Index® profile, the insight impact coaching has provided and how it is helping him perfect teamwork.

Stefano’s strongest proclivity is ‘Implementer’ and therefore he has a tendency to just want to get on and start doing. But this sometimes leaves him feeling like he is doing everything himself when working in a team.

He says, “My coach offered some fantastic advice about how I can share the workload within a team environment, rather than doing it all myself. I realise now that taking everything on myself is not good for me but it’s also not good for other people in the team.”
